Is our building liable if something goes wrong?

No. Neighbora is a digital bulletin board — residents connect on their own terms. Your property management company and building ownership have zero liability for services arranged through the platform. This is explicitly stated in our Terms of Service.

What about insurance?

Your building’s general liability policy and your residents’ renters insurance already cover neighbor-to-neighbor interactions. Neighbora doesn’t create new risk — it just makes existing community connections visible.

Does this violate lease rules about home businesses?

Neighbora isn’t a storefront. Walking a neighbor’s dog or helping someone move a couch isn’t running a business. You set your own community guidelines and decide what’s appropriate.

Do you handle payments?

No. Neighbora never touches money. We’re purely a directory — residents find each other here and handle everything else directly.

What if a resident posts something inappropriate?

Community admins have full control. You can manage listings, remove members, and flag content. Your building, your rules.
